The newly combined company will operate under the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand, serving clients across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

The merger consolidates multiple offices and a sizable agent roster into a single network. Leaders from the three firms said the move allows them to pool resources, share technology, and offer a broader range of services to home buyers and sellers.
