TORONTO, Dec. 20, 2024 — Real Estate Split Corp. has officially announced the upcoming distribution for its Class A shareholders for December 2024. The details are as follows: shareholders will receive a distribution of $0.13 per equity share. The record date for this distribution is set for December 31, 2024, with payments scheduled to be made on January 15, 2025.
In addition to the Class A distributions, the Fund has also confirmed the fourth quarter distribution for preferred shareholders. Similar to the Class A shares, the preferred shareholders will also see their distributions processed on the same dates.
These announcements reflect the Fund's ongoing commitment to providing value to its shareholders through consistent distributions.
