The Beshara Real Estate Team has officially joined Compass in Atlanta, ending a 19-year run with Keller Williams. The team, which has already posted 62 transaction sides and $36.23 million in sales volume for 2025, made the switch to tap into Compass's technology platform and national reach.
Led by founder and principal agent Sam Beshara, the team brings a strong track record in residential sales across metro Atlanta. The move comes as Compass continues to expand its presence in the Southeast, recruiting established teams that value data-driven tools and streamlined client services.
Beshara said the decision was driven by a desire to offer clients better resources in a fast-changing market. "Compass gives us the ability to serve buyers and sellers with cutting-edge technology while maintaining the personal touch we have built over 19 years," he noted.
The team's 2025 numbers reflect steady activity in a market that has seen fluctuating inventory and interest rates. With 62 sides closed in the first part of the year, the Beshara group is on pace to exceed its previous annual totals.
Compass Atlanta has been actively adding agents and teams from other brokerages, positioning itself as a major player in the region. The addition of the Beshara team strengthens its foothold in suburban markets where the group has long-standing client relationships.
For now, the team is focused on transitioning listings and ongoing deals to the new platform, with plans to expand its agent roster in the coming months.
