Coldwell Banker Commercial Advantage, Edafa Venture, and Prime Group Egypt have officially launched PropTech Hub, a new investment and development platform aimed at supporting real estate technology startups across Egypt and the broader region. The initiative builds on the PropTech Program first introduced last October, expanding its scope to create a more structured ecosystem for identifying, funding, and scaling early-stage companies.
The platform is designed to bridge the gap between traditional real estate operations and emerging digital solutions. By combining Coldwell Banker's market expertise, Edafa's venture capital experience, and Prime Group's regional development knowledge, the partners hope to accelerate innovation in property management, smart building technologies, and transaction platforms.
Startups selected for the hub will gain access to mentorship, pilot opportunities, and potential investment. The focus is on solving real-world challenges in the real estate sector, from streamlining sales processes to improving tenant experiences. The launch comes as Egypt's real estate market increasingly looks to technology to address inefficiencies and meet growing demand for digital services.
While specific funding amounts have not been disclosed, the partners have indicated that the hub will operate on a rolling basis, accepting applications from startups at various stages of development. The goal is to build a sustainable pipeline of PropTech companies capable of competing both locally and internationally.
