Pinellas Beaches Real Estate July 10-17

The real estate market along the Pinellas County coastline showed steady activity during the week of July 10 through July 17, with several properties changing hands across St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, and Madeira Beach. Buyers and sellers alike kept a close eye on inventory as the summer season pushed forward.

On St. Pete Beach, a mix of condos and single-family homes closed deals. A two-bedroom condo near the Pass-a-Grille area sold for just under $500,000, while a larger waterfront home with direct Gulf access went for over $1.2 million. The market here continues to favor sellers, though multiple listings sat on the market for a few weeks before finding buyers.

Treasure Island saw a handful of sales, mostly in the mid-range price bracket. A renovated three-bedroom house a few blocks from the beach sold for $675,000, reflecting steady demand for move-in ready properties. Another unit in a beachfront high-rise traded for $850,000, indicating that ocean views still command a premium.

Madeira Beach had a quieter week, with only a few recorded transactions. A small condo near John's Pass closed at $410,000, and a fixer-upper bungalow sold for $550,000, likely to a buyer planning renovations. the market remains active but not overheated, with buyers taking a bit more time to make decisions compared to earlier in the year.
